Not sure what’s going on with the negative reviews—maybe just a few angry people—but I’ve had nothing but amazing service from this company. The team at V.I.P. Security has been professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful every time I’ve used them. I’ll definitely keep using their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality security solutions!

Hired this firm to fix my security system. They requested $100 deposit before they would make a booking to investigate issue.

They turned up and were unable to fix the system but actually made it worse and now deny they did anything.



Wouldn’t leave until another $145 was paid even though they couldn’t fix the problem and said they would be back.



I’ve followed up but technician said pretty much not his problem and owner hasn’t bother to get back to me.



Not a great way to run a business and I wouldn’t recommend them. Stay clear.

Having read great reviews, I organised VIP to install an alarm system and camera. I was really impressed with the service from my initial phone call to the next day installation. John did the install and I could not recommend him more highly as a top-notch, friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable tradesman.
