Purchased a Neuton Power battery from their retailer who at time of sale noted my name on the receipt. Within warranty period, the battery failed and the retailer tested and confirmed this. Issue is that they could not find me on their system. Purchased another battery elsewhere as lost faith in the retailer. About a month later, I found my copy of the receipt that clearly shows my name so I took that and the old battery back to the retailer. They then informed me that they need to send it back to their supplier and I haven't heard anything since! So long story short, it seems if a Neuton Power battery fails, do not expect support.
