I often recommend Holly to everybody in town! I fully trust her experience & opinion. I'm into cars myself & enjoy doing as much of the basic servicing that I can, but I immediately seek out Holly when I need to investigate something beyond my skill level, because I know she will find & easily solve the problem skilfully & honestly. I'm truly grateful to have a mechanic who won't rip me off or take advantage/intimidate with their expertise or indulge themselves in talking in the condescending manner that so many other mechanics deem necessary! Of course, nobody can be absolutely perfect and for whatever reason, she can definitely be tricky to catch on the phone/return calls at times as I see others have mentioned here, but seriously, don't be put off by that. I personally get around this by just dropping in & booking her in person, she's worth it!

I used holly for about a year for not 1 but 2 cars everything was reasonably priced and was usually fixed within a reasonable time .. I had my ford booked in for control arms to be replaced I got a msg from her saying she was held back by a job from the day before and my car would have to be fitted the following week ..she will not answer any phone calls very professional

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! If I could leave a negative star Holly, I would.

Absolute worst customer service experience/mechanic experience I've ever had.

Does not answer phone calls. Did not return multiple voicemails. Questionable mechanical experience.



Car was towed to her requesting a full inspection - two weeks later I was told it was a battery issue and rocket gasket cover needed replacing. Having zero mechanical experience myself I trusted her "professional" opinion - gave the go ahead to fix and informed her that due to living in another state I would be down following week to collect/pay. Paid $700 which already seemed suss however gave her the benefit of the doubt and paid. Drove 10 minutes through Murwillumbah towards Brisbane and car idled roughly and started smoking (the very reason I had it towed to her), confused I called her explained my situation and copped attitude from her when I stated I would have the car towed immediately back to her. Two months and multiple unanswered voicemails later I engaged another local mechanic 5 minutes down the road, organised another tow to him and he called back same day stating that the radiator had blown and the car was essentially a write off. Not only was Holly happy to accept my $700 for a new battery and let me drive out of her shop with a blown radiator, I'm still yet to hear back from her in any way shape or form regarding her negligence.



Holly three months and $700, you're kidding yourself if you think you'll be able to continue operating like this and not end up in a civil lawsuit - according to a similar review left by another poor unsuspecting soul two days ago. You have my number, flick me a text as I'd greatly appreciate a refund.

Massive shout out to Craig today for helping me after some lowlife slashed 2 of my tyre valves while at Mt Tamborine. Went above and beyond to get me fixed and back on the road safely
