Our 11 year old ducted system failed and a couple of other air conditioning service companies just wanted to do a full replacement at around $12,000. Miles suggested a couple of smaller replacements. He then checked the initial wiring and also suggested that it should be upgraded. All done and working fine again at a fraction of the price. Miles takes the time to explain and give options. Nothing lasts forever, but it is great to see someone with the skills and knowledge to keep systems running cost effectively in this throw away world. Their admin side has been polite, friendly and efficient too. Thumbs up!

I cant recommend this company highly enough. Great, great service! They fixed a tricky problem on my air cond and even worked after hours on a Friday to get it done. They are extremely good at what they do, very pleasant to deal with and they keep in touch and let you know whats going on if needed.
