Know who you are dealing with

After spending over $4,800 having my breaks repaired and replaced at Aztech Automotive, i was expecting to drive my car without further braking issues.

The first time I took the car out of the garage, post the work being done by Aztech, the brake pedal went straight to floor whist exiting the freeway at 100klms/hour.

Upon reporting this to Josh @ Aztech, there was nil concern shown. Subsequently my car had to get towed back to the shop.

Aztech's stance, was sending another bill of $648 to replace a brake hose they failed to check and replace, in the nearly 2 months the car was in their shop and over $4,800 charged inspecting and fixing the brakes.

If you are getting work done, especially on your brakes, I would suggest booking in a second mechanic to check their work before you put your trust and life in their inability to fix a car. I was lucky not to have a very serious accident. You might not be..

To top it off, the car is still at their shop as they will not release it until their invoice, to repair their lack of workmanship, is paid.
