Not at all happy with this business. The technician spent 10minutes, told me it was a broken pressure switch on my dishwasher & charged me $95 on the spot. After over three weeks and numerious phone calls to them I spoke to the manager today,he was abrupt and defensive. I will never deal with them again. I wasted my $95.

Very disappointing. Turned up on time which is the one plus. Turned my dishwasher on and off a few times and got the same error code. Told me it would need a water pump. How much I asked. He said he would check when he gets back to the office that afternoon and did I want a quote before he ordered the part. I said no. Just order the part but if they could give me a rough idea how much it will be. Charged me $95. I get the call next day from the girl in the office to say she has my quote. I explained that I was waiting for the part and I wasn't happy that it hadn't yet been ordered. The technician called and gave me attitude about how he was too busy and didn't get back to the office in time. Not acceptable and wouldn't recommend. I organized the repair with someone else.

Very quick to push an EFTPOS machine at you to charge a call out fee, very slow to actually repair your machine. I had to follow up - they never called me with updates. After a few weeks they told me they couldn't source an agitator for my machine because the model number on my machine didn't correlate to a parts number. So I tried - and with a bit of googling and asking the right question of the right parts supplier, I found the information - and the part - within 15 minutes. The clincher was when our machine turned out to not even need a new agitator. Machine is now working fine thanks to some advice from a different local repairer. That $95 I paid to these guys was just dead money.
