Purchased a product during the week. It lasted 45 minutes before it failed. I took it back to them within 3 days of purchase. They stated that they do not deal with warranty issues but referred me to the Importer. This is not only demonstrates very poor customer service, but also, goes against Fair Trading regulations. They are happy though to take your money and run.
