About Us Crust has revolutionised the pizza bar concept, creating a model that's unique and exciting. Our aim is to change the perception of pizza from a cheap and nasty (fast food) to an enjoyable healthier dining experience.Our aim from day one was to produce high quality and irresistible pizzas, provide a high level of customer service and achieve significant delivery efficiencies. We identified a gap in Australia's huge pizza market. About 50% of the market is made up of the big chains, which focus on simple menus, quick service, delivery and takeaway. The other 50% composed of small independent operators who offer high quality gourmet pizzas for dine in or takeaway, but with limited or no delivery service because they cannot maintain pizza quality during delivery. Service Crust has taken the very best of both worlds. We've created mouth-watering gourmet pizzas with a delectable range of toppings that includes a selection of premium meats, fresh vegetables and gourmet cheeses. But our biggest breakthrough was in perfecting a pizza base that would maintain its quality when home delivered. Our fast home delivery, great customer service, smart production and delivery efficiencies allow Crust to compete with the lower end pizza delivery providers - but with a far superior product. We've revolutionised the pizza delivery market, with our stores becoming the benchmark for pizza quality in their local areas. Bad taste, bad price.
Normally I love Crust pizza, but this location is one of the worst in SA (the one in Reynella is bad as well). I've given them 3 chances, the last being because friends wanted to have pizza from them. I tried to warn my friends that this isn't a good Crust like they're used to, they couldn't be convinced, and I figured I would give this Crust one last chance.. Never again. I guess the only good thing you can say about this Crust location is that they're consistent, consistently bad! They really have found a way to screw up almost everything you can. If they're not overcharging you, your order always takes way longer than what they say, or they don't make your pizza correctly.. And the staff isn't overly rude, but they're not nice at all either. I could stand almost all of this, but the pizza here tastes like rubbish compared to the good quality you get at almost every other Crust location (except Reynella, they're rubbish too). I tried bring this up with the management, but they don't really seem to care.
Save yourself the money and frustration, there quite a few other pizza places nearby on Brighton Road. Domino's, Eagle Boys, Godzilla Pizza and Chicken Spot & Pizza Bar. Believe me, they're all MUCH better than this lousy Crust. I honestly don't know how they stay in business or how their corporate headquarters allows them to.
