Volkswagen at Brighton

Buyer beware. The customer service experience and after sales service is only matched by the poor experience received once inside the dealership. This is one of the worst examples of Volkswagen I have ever seen, my advice, take your money to a dealer that will provide you with the service you are pay for. Never have I experienced such a poor excuse for a car dealership in all my years of owning cars. Do not be fooled, there are many other competitors out there, that will provide a much better service.
