I paid in cash for my rental and then they charged my card as well. I’ve been requesting my money to be returned everyday for 5 days now and still haven’t received my money. Customer Service is meant to be all through email except they’re not even replying to my emails now. Theives. Will never use again. Everyone else beware.

Any damage to the car over 5cm whether your fault or not. administrative fee $4000aud. thrifty makes more money on fees for damaged cars and bogus insurance they they do renting cars. we need rental car reform to out law this unethical business model in Australia. tell a mate.
