I used BlueKey for my property purchase. It was a disappointing experience. I was overcharged on quoted professional fees and charged additional undisclosed fees. Settlement fees, bank cheque fees etc were not as quoted. Ironically enough they include the following text in their quotations, assumably to steer you away from other conveyancers, "Hidden fees are common in our industry" ... well they got that right!!
