Regus Riverside Centre

Worst business to deal with ever. Strongly recommend to not go through Regus. Unless you are a business who has a lot of money to waste.
They mentioned that I would have the option to not have the $150 per month for the first user internet charge in our initial appointment. Then once I was in the office, and had signed the contract, and I decided to remove this internet fee, they they reneged and forced me to pay the $150.
I wanted to leave early and even if I found a replacement tenant they will charge you the entire contract regardless.
They send you an invoice 2 months in advance and quite a few reminders in the lead up to it. Invoice say "Pay immediately" and if they don't receive the money by the 25th even if you pay on the 25th they charge you a $70 late fee.
Poor value for money as there is no parking (parking ended up costing a fortune to even access the office which I did not think about).

Just wanted to say girls are exceptional and the office space is great. Both very accommodating!
