Bought a second hand computer and was going to sell or get my money back. Seen the advertisement in Gumtree and rang, he got me in asap. Drove a fair distance to be fixed because of the reviews. Now no need to sell the computer :)))) Thank you

Robert fixed a serious problem within 15 minutes. He saved me a ton of money on buying new expensive equipment by simply fixing the one I have and now my machine runs perfectly. Friendly service, great price and most of all efficient. Dont go anywhere else.

Very good service, I am in Port Moresby and needed my daughters laptop repaired at a boarding school in Brisbane, so had to do all organizing fopr the job by phone and email. Robert couldnt have been more helpful and professional throughout the process, the pricing was reasonable and the quality of work of the highest order. I wouldnt hesitate to use Robert again or to recommend him. All round top point from my experience.

Wouldnt call anyone else anymore. Rob responds fast and is very efficient, friendly and listens to what you want, not to mention great rates. I dropped my laptop on the floor and I wouldnt connect to the internet and had various other problems that me and my boyfriend tried to fix ....after trying things various things ourselves and having no look we looked at shops in Brisbane that might be able to fix it .... they were priced at $135 per hour (which we couldnt afford) so we looked at gumtree... we found rob called him and he came round the next day ...he was so friendly and polite fixed everything and more within the hour !!!! gave loads of helpful advise and was so efficient ...would 100 % recommend him to everyone with a computer problem - big or small !!!! cheers rob :))

I feel lucky to have met Robert. Today, he was called to assist me with several computer issues (some which turned out to be complex). He tackled the issues one by one and solved the problem.
