Aria Restaurant

perfect... great restaurant

We visited Aria on a recent Saturday night. It felt very similar to their Sydney restaurant, the view being the only difference. It's a very nice outlook across the river and the large showboats. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The service was very efficient and the food very good. That said, I did think the salmon for my main course was over cooked. The pork belly entree was beautifully done and the deserts were very good as well. There was four of us and we all shared each others desserts. The conclusion was the chocolate desert with the gold leaf was the best. Overall a really good night out in Brisbane. Not a cheap night out, but you can be assured of a quality outcome here.
