After many years of recommending & dealing with you, I was very disappointed with your service (or lack thereof) today.

I have come to you in the past to do my jewelry repairs, because I thought you were honest & fair. A few weeks ago, I brought a family heirloom pendant into you to repair. Your Asian assistant thought it was copper and quoted me $95 to repair. I corrected her and asked her to check what sort of metal it was. You corrected her and said it was rose gold and repaired the piece for $65

Today, I brought you a fine chain that needed a simple bit of soldering to repair a break. Surprisingly you couldn't even tell if it was gold or silver but you quoted $40 and were not willing to discuss or negotiate.

Your pricing is inconsistent and does not equate to what is required. I took the chain to Benowa, they are repairing it for $25.00

I have also given this jeweller a diamond cluster ring to remodel and I purchased 4 additional stones which he will include into an eternity ring. I had planned to discuss that with you also earlier today.
