Blake came out to our place to bury cable underground.

Long story short he didn't know how to fill out the paper work to Powercor which delayed power being available for almost 2 months.

We told him multiple times what he needed to do and he also got the address wrong on the certificate.

Very unprofessional, no apologies for any of it.
