Ultra Bin Hire & Demolition

NEVER EVER USE Ultra Bin Hire & Demolition. We did not order a skip only to find one dumped in our driveway blocking our garage on a Saturday afternoon. I called them to say there has been an error and to remove it as it was blocking us getting our cars out of the garage. He told me it was too late to remove the bin as it was the weekend and they didn't work. I told him to remove it as we didn't order it and we couldn't use our cars. he didn't care. He said he would see if it be picked up on Sunday. He didn't try. I called again and he said it would be first thing Monday morning. I called again at 10.30am Monday. He said definitely in the next 2 hours. I called again at at 1pm he said the driver was on their way......He then calls me and leaves an abusive expletive laden message to never call him again and threatened to leave the bin there for a month. They picked it up at 2.30pm. NEVER EVER USE Ultra Bin Hire & Demolition.

Reliable and good customer service , bin arrived on time and get picked up 3 days later as requested for reasonable price.
Will use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Took a day off work to help a friend with rubbish due to him moving house. The bin didn't arrive at the scheduled time of 10am. 2 hours later and after many unanswered calls, 'Bill' finally advised us that it was 30 minutes away. 50 mins later the bin had still not arrived except this time he was nice enough to advise us that instead of driving he was "having lunch" which was obviously the priority above customer service. Absolute waste of a day and everyones time.

Excellent job , bin delivered on time and picked up on time with reasonable price.

If I could give this company a minus 5 stars i would. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They don't bother turning up when they say they will, they ignore phone calls, texts and emails. They lie and tell you they'll be there soon or the skips close by when in reality they have no intention of doing the job they have been hired for!

They were meant to remove my roof and asbestos today and didnt even bother to turn up (even when confirmed on saturday and called at 8.30am this morning) because of them i have had to delay moving in to my new house, inconvienced other trades and cost me at least $1000 as a result of their blatant lies!

STAY AWAY from Ultra Bin Hire. An absoloute useless company who shouldn't be in business. Disgraceful customer service Bill!!!

After booking a bin 5 days in advance, the bin never showed up, after being told it was on the way! Thanks Bill for your service I finished work early and had people here to work that had to go home! I would NOT recomend anybody use this service!

Would never ever recommend them to anyboday. Gave us the biggest runaround for when the bin would het delivered. In the end they still lied saying the driver was around the corner which to this day still hasnt shown upp. Big thumbs down. Dont use them people ever
