Wouldn't even rate one star! Do not recommend this business to anyone. Originally bought chair here and from general wear and tear needed a piece replaced. This happened to be days before going overseas so rang to see whether the piece was in stock (it is one hour and 45min drive either way). Was told it was there, only to get there and be told actually they don't have it, apart from one set on a display. Tried to negotiate using display model due to the travelling circumstances, however staff were very rude and failed rectify their mistakes with available option. Don't go here unless you have to!

fortunately, it is rare not to meet such an unreasonable person as this. After relying on the expertise of the manager. we found the wheelchair was not suitable. On asking for a refund for exchange the next day we were told this was not possible. Hard luck to us, and I guess future purchasers from this store.
