Fencing By O'Briens

I had a back ColorBond fence installed by O'Briens. Due to poor workmanship, the panels collapse. Problem was the posts were not concreted properly and the panels came loose during strong winds. I made contact with the supplier for a period of 6 weeks and they still did not comeout to inspect the damage. I finally sent them the image of the fence and they then claimed someone had pushed the panels deliberately. They then refused to comeout to repair it without charging me for the call out.

Seriously - No customer service, poor communication, forget warrenty after installation and don't bother having them inspect any damage becuase its not their fault and you will pay for their repairs.

Make up your own mind in choosing to install your fence with these guys!
