Purchase 4x used injectors, was told to install them as they garunteed they would work. My mechanic didn't want to but did against his better judgement. Only ran on 3 cylinders. Niss4x5 replaced one that was rusty/corrosive, now has worse injector knock than previously. Asked for refund to purchase 4x brand new. Told no, as there not try then return, asked how warranty works... told they would give another replacement set.... that they dont flow test first. Will never purchase from them again. Total garbage and there yard represents poor quality products. ( looks like a bad 80s movie set in there salvage yard)

I ordered three parts from them and had them delivered to NSW because I couldn't find an undamaged front bonnet/hood locally. They assured me over the phone that everything was in good condition. However, when the bonnet/hood arrived, it had a large dent and several blue-colored dots on it. I paid the full amount requested, including the freight charges. The lady I spoke to on the phone was not helpful and needs to improve her customer service skills. The bonnet cost $550, while the other two parts—headlight and grill—were in good condition. I emailed them about the issue, but they never responded. I am including a photo for reference. They should have informed me about the damage before selling the bonnet. They are not trustworthy according to my experience.

Trust your gut regarding this business, ordered parts after speaking to someone on the phone promised parts would be shipped out that day. After waiting 2 weeks called to check and was given a tracking number that was no good called again was told to chase it up with auspost! They said it was a good number but not assigned to anything yet, so called again and was yelled at over the phone about calling up and we will get it when it turns up! Has been over 3 months for a part that was supposed to be in stock, currently fed up with the lies and down $1850 have contacted the ombudsman to look into this business

OMG! Reading your reviews I know you're not full of it. The number one response an owner will give a bad review is "who are you?" they play the victim, here is a perfect example of that.

I am a single mother with a terminal illness these guys have tried to rip off!

I told them I required a bonnet for my taxi, they confirmed they had it and I paid for it to be freighted, was told it would be here Friday. Friday comes, I am told it was out for delivery on Tuesday, Tueday passes. I ring and was told there never was a bonnet in my colour and I could wait for one or get a refund. I said I'd wait but after seeing these reviews I asked for a refund on Friday 12/05/24, they said it was processed. I asked for remittance and no answer. I have got my legal team looking into it retrieving my funds, plus some if not paid, on my account now.. I just wanted to warn you, that if they're awful enough to knowingly rip off a terminally ill single Mum, they won't hesitate to rip you off! Do not fall for their scam guys! I have proof of our dealings.. Go to the ombudsman like I am after leaving a fair review..

These guys set the high benchmark for customer service.



Today, I was visited them in a desperate attempt to have my Drivers Side door opened on my Nissan Patrol. After spending the last 6 weeks trying myself and visiting other workshops to have this fixed (including Nissan Dealer), no one could fix this this. The last resort was having to literally cut the door out of the car with a very expensive repair job afterwards.

I advised them my journey and what needed to be done. They climbed in the Patrol and set about their tasks…



Methodical, knowledgeable, patient and technically very competent in their approach. Boss man was patient and wanted to help me out big time. Boss man shows good leadership to his men and is rewarded at the end.

Total rip off waist of time. Emailed explaining what i wanted. Was sent a quote. Rang the next day to confirm. Drove 45 min to pick up the item only to be told a price 6 times what i was quoted. When i questioned this i was told i should have checked??? This place is a dodgy rip off. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest business

Customer relation is important, this owner cannot have feedback because he gets angry about the truth and then abuses you for it. His good worker said item was in good condition, and I arrive to see peeling and scratches. What a total waste, its best to steer clear from a poorly managed business. If you don't like the items he gets upset. Definitely not a good job for this person acting like a cry baby.

They sent me a defective part that I sent straight back. They had the hide blamed my mechanic for the damage and charged me $100 restocking fee. I presume they are restocking for the next victim. At least I got a part of my money back.
