BEWARE BEWARE, As a hospitality veteran of 30 years in Melbourne I find dealing with Richard Jay an absolute nightmare. After spending several thousands dollar less than three years ago, We had nothing except problem on a regular basis. service cost of $2000 for different parts broken into pieces(plastic agitator, plastic push button, Oil stain an all our white towels, Pillow cases)
And many other problems. We have used other machines previously of commercial quality which lasted 10 - 15 years.
There was no apologies from Richard Jay for the lack of Quality & their expensive services. Richard Jay You are a total disappointment.
