Flick – short expired of chemicals and pests all returned within one and half month.

Flick - worker missed spray the half area of house, recall, then missed the third area of house.

Flick - took cash payment and never gave receipt.

Flick - accounts can’t find the cash and called me and did recording.

Flick – sent me emails to collect payment again a month ago.

Flick – sent emails showed they found my cash payment and said my file was closed with solved a week ago.

Flick – sent me email and chase me to pay again today.

Very painful experience with Flick.

DO NOT HIRE! WILL DO A TERRIBLE JOB, ASK FOR CASH, NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT！

1. Flick Anticimex allows their workers to receive cash payment, but they will not give you a receipt.

On 22/1/2024, I paid $554 in cash after the job was finished because their card machine rejected all four of my credit and debit cards. I asked receipt and invoice, but was told to call the office for paperwork. I called office immediately, but only received invoice. I didn't realise, then four months later, Flick Anticimex asked me to pay again. I had no receipt because they never send it to me. Then they sent debt collectors after me!

2. Very Expensive Bill But All Pests Returned Within One and Half Month!!!

I booked my house to be sprayed for insects, but the worker only did half the house and missed the back area, the driveway area from the front to the back, and around the house base. I called for them to re-do immediately, and the worker came back but still missed the base of the house. One and half month later, cockroaches, spiders, ants all returned in my kitchen, toilet and garden. The person promised me on the phone when I booked that they would re-spray for free if insects came back in 6 months. I took pictures and videos, sent it to them and asked for re-spray but Flick Anticimex ignored me.

We used them to deal with our infestation of cockroaches in our apartment. After 1 week we noticed a increased activity of cockroaches and after two 2 weeks it was apparent that something was not right. We contacted manly Warringah pest control to ask for advice and we were met with nothing but excuses and obscure information. I retorted to speaking in simple language "if we have cockroaches running across our kitchen benches, and we cant use spray - what do we do?". Turns out we let them run across the bench and she hung up. Phenomenal service - thanks for nothing manly Warringah pest.com.
