Following assistance from NRMA, it was deemed that our car required towing. Majid, the driver from North Shore & City Towing, came to our rescue. It was Xmas eve, they were busy, but arrived in around 45 minutes. He couldn't have bee more professional, or helpful. And his driving skills were impeccable. He took great care with our car and negotiated a difficult off-street park for our car with ease.

Tow driver verbally abused, swore at us and threatened to have a fight with us in the middle of the street and rather than parking in the loading zone, literally 2 metres away, parked across 3 drive ways blocking multiple neighbours in. All the neighbors asked him to move but he pretended to be deaf and was flipping them off. Do not recommend this appaling service, do not take care in their customer service or quality of service.

Used the towing services and the driver reversed my car at speed into a traffic sign, writing off the car in the process. The car is undriveable, and while in their custody sustained further damage and the battery mysteriously died. The staff were very mych unsympathetic and unprofessional during the process. If these are "Sydney's Finest" I am highly unimpressed with Sydney's towing capabilities. Will not under any circumstances use them again.
