When building our house we used woodworkers for all our doors and windows. The quality of the service I received throughout the job was very high. All team members are very professional, friendly and helpful. The quality of the doors and windows was amazing. I would recommend Woodworkers to anybody who wants and renovation or Building work to go smoothly.

Buyer beware - I was also ripped off by this shoddy firm and am now also going to Fair Trading. After visiting their showroom and receiving possibly the worst sales experience ever (I was told to "go home and send a quote request by email") I reluctantly rent an email request as this was the only place I could find the right window I needed. After a week and no response I followed up to ask if they wanted to sell me anything, after which I received a series of incorrect quotes. At this stage I had been ready to spend over $10k, but due to the poor service I went and spent $8k on doors from another supplier. Eventually I received the window. Having spent $85 on delivery I didn't expect 1 person to be delivering it - he turned up and my wife had to help him carry it but they could only carry it as far as our path where it was forced to sit in the rain. The window wasn't even wrapped in plastic to protect it. But that was only the start. After installing the window we found that they hadn't given us any bolts (which I had paid to be fitted). I called up and asked them if they could come and install them but they said that they would courier them and that I'd have to fit them myself (but "it is easy" they told me). Needless to say it was not easy and I had to pay a handyman to install them (anyway why should I have to install them when I paid for them to be fitted??). Any attempts to recoup the money I spent on the handyman were rudely refused with no attempts to compromise. I have raised this to a fair trading complaint and will have great pleasure of taking them to a tribunal where I'll be compensated.
