Broulee Lawn & Garden Maintenance

I have a holiday house on the south coast and had an agreement with Broulee Lawn and Garden that they would look after my lawns and garden regularly for our holiday guests (i'm not at the house very often so cant regularly check up). They completely neglected the garden, we had holiday guests in, i went to the house they day after they checked out and the grass was at knee length. Every time i tried to complain or raise the issue the owner yelled at me and told me it wasn't his fault. (i'm not even joking, the last time we spoke he abused me and hung up on me) Its a poorly run business, bad to deal with - i'd highly recommend a different service.
