Carrera motors Brunswick committed to fix my vehicle Renault Master and the vehicle was in a complete mess, with engine sign on, issues with cooling circulation, electrical issue. Also the changed the AC radiator and had not re gassed the cooling system or even tested it. The engine sound was very weird and they refused to admit the polly making the sound is due to the accident - water damage - while the manufacturer confirmed its related.



I would rate this the most unprofessional service i ever got for my car where 2 workshops confirmed that the vehicle is not road worthy upon delivery and refused to deal with the mess Carrera did to my vehicle for the amount of damage and the risk attached to it.



Its reported back to the insurance and they are responsible to deal with it now.



Worst service ever, rude, unprofessional and completely careless delivering unsafe and not roadworthy vehicle admitting the fixes are done and job is completed.
