Had bought my wedding dress and was really beautiful and fantastic and got a lot of compliments and Fatima was very helpful and always smile she helps me to choose my dress more than two hours and I appreciate her patience. Wish you more progress in your life

I LOVE THIS STORE & I LOVE MY DRESS!!! A great experience from beginning to end. Service was very friendly, the owner Claude was wonderful and the staff could not be any better. My dress was affordable!!! They simply wanted me to be happy!!! I highly recommend this store. Thanks for everything!!!

Avoid!!

I could never recommend this store to anyone although their gowns are beautiful. Their customer service was extremely poor - rude in fact. We ordered a deb dress in late May for an October Ball. Was told deb dresses only took 2 months to come in, however, we only received her dress 7 days before the function despite still had to get it altered. However according to their paperwork the dress was needed a day before we actually picked the dress. After 4 phone calls I finally went into the store to get some answers. I was told I was getting upset over nothing. When I said I'd hesitate to buy a wedding dress from here after this experience I was told by the manager that "she wouldnt either & in fact dont come back". When we finally picked up the dress we were never given the opportunity for a final fitting and the dress was put in a bag so short that it crushed the dress. Would not wish this experience on anyone.

We purchased a Debutant gown in mid-june for a mid-September ball. We were told the gown would be ready in 2-4 weeks from the date purchased. The gown did not arrive in the store until 6 days (Monday) before the Saturday ball. I had to continually phone to ask when the gown would arrive. We had to get a relative to pick it up due to school and work commitments so there was no time for a final fitting. We still had to get it hemmed and straps put on. The dress was creased heavily. I had to take it to a dry cleaners to get pressed. This has been very stressful and i would not wish it on anyone. The manager would not return my calls. The service has been very poor. I would not order a Wedding dress from here.

I don't usually write reviews, but because of the excellent service we received from Claude, and staff at Le Chateau Blanc Couture, when we purchased my daughters Wedding gown, I felt I really needed to let others know of the great service we received throughout the entire time. They did everything we wanted and more kept us informed the entire time how the gown was progressing finished it ample time before it was required and made sure we were absolutely happy with everything .

I totally recommend this professional Couture service, they offer for all brides and bridesmaides. This made this job easy and enjoyable experience, with no stress as we were assured that they knew their job well and nothing we suggested at any stage was a problem for this professional service they offer. I would like to say a big thank you for this amazing gown they produced, I can't wait for the big day when I see my daughter wearing it! Just like to lastly say it is very much Appreciated .

I have recieved excellent customer service from Claude and his staff at Le Chateau Blanc when shopping for my wedding dress. If anyone is looking at buying their wedding gown from Le Chateau Blanc you will get amazing service, Claude is extremly approachable and they do the up most to please and deliver exactly what you want and within the time frame. I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress!! I went into Le Chateau blanc couture in Sydney road Brunswick with no intention of purchasing my wedding dress that day. Claude (the owner) was patient with me, as a portion of my wedding party was late for my appointment. I had my matron of honor, sister and my Mom there with me. My intention was to try on some gowns to get an idea of what I would really like. After telling them about the dresses I had in mind, they suggested some additional gowns and then let us select some more dresses. I had a price limit in mind and I informed them of my budget. When we selected the additional dresses, we got so wrapped up in the moment that we weren't very mindful of prices. As you can imagine, I tried on "the dress" and it was twice my budget. Claude worked with me on the price, offering me a very generous discount (something that would NEVER happen at a chain bridal store)!! they never pressured me into my purchase, giving me plenty of time to think about it and even offered to give me a day to think about it. I happily purchased my dress that day and couldn't have been more ecstatic.
The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They made my entire wedding gown purchase an experience I will never forget.

I called the store on a Sunday afternoon to see if they possibly had an opening for a consultation to try wedding dresses. They didn't have one but they were kind enough to let me come in as long as I understood that they where going to have to put more attention to the brides that did have on appointment. The whole staff was so nice and made my family and I feel so comfortable. They did not rush me at all and they genuinely showed interest in wanting to find the perfect dress for me, which I did. I wanted to go to a few more places in Sydney road Brunswick to see dresses but after my experience here I don't think there is a better place!

must be the best wedding dress store in Melbourne.
