Ozspy Brunswick

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time.Martin at OzSpy Brunswick store is extremely rude and arrogant to deal with. Firstly, he was not helpful at all. He was more concerned with trying to upsell me products unsuitable for my needs and products that aren't even endorsed by OzSpy. When I tried to return one of them, he ignored me, offered no customer support and eventually didn't end up honouring his return policy for faulty products. He is way too overpriced compared to other spy stores and he charges more in the store than the advertised prices on the OzSpy website! I'm also both very appalled and concerned with OzSpy's integrity due to drug trafficking and weapons offences by the OzSpy organisation. Buyers be aware of who you are dealing with!!

Very expensive equipment. Even more expensive than their website.
It does not have Australian power plugs, they give you dangerous adapters.
Some components seem to be purchased from Jaycar!
From my bad experience, I would not recommend this place.
