How does a booking help my pet?
Some pets find being away from their families stressful. Instead of caging pets in cramped conditions for long periods of time we provide open play pens and keep stays to a minimum. We can't offer this option unless we plan our time by making bookings by appointments. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking ahead especially from Spring to Summer.
What if my pet is anxious, bites or can be aggressive?
Some pets find grooming stressful and may have behaved aggressively in the past. We are happy to share the benefit of our experiences and work with you to reduce your pet's anxiety and stress so they can begin to enjoy their grooming experiences. If you're not sure how your pet will respond just let us know when you make your booking.
Is my pet too old to be groomed?
We understand that older pets and those with health concerns need specialist attention. We cater for pets of all ages, and we can adjust our grooming treatments to meet your pet's needs. If you, have any concerns just let us know when you make your booking, and we will work with you to find the right solution for your pet.
Can puppies be clipped?
Yes and no. Puppies need specialist pet care for both their coat and to help get them get ready for a lifetime of grooming. Depending on your puppy's breed you may not need to completely clip your puppy's coat as a full clip may affect the natural growth of its coat. All puppies can however enjoy and benefit from other grooming services including baths and blow drying. We can help you find a grooming treatment for the new member of your family.
Do I need to bath my pet during the cooler months?
Yes, maintaining your pet's bathing and brushing routine throughout the cooler months is highly recommended. Without regular bathing and brushing mats can develop in your pet's coat. Left untreated mats can affect your pet's health. If you have a hectic schedule or often find yourself poor of time, we can help you keep your pet's coat looking and feeling great all year round.
Do you cater for large and extra-large dogs?
Yes, we cater for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Our equipment is adjustable to ensure your pet can safely move into all bathing and grooming areas.
Can you fix a bad clip?
Yes, with our years of grooming experience and knowledge of pet care products we can help improve a previous clip your pet has received. We are more than happy to talk to you about what you'd like to see and what we can achieve.

We had an appointement at Limelight Buddina today. Not happy with today’s result. Our little guy feel terrified and really thirsty when we got home.
We booked for medium breed cut which we usually pay $70 only but today the lady said that they did the Specialised Full Groom which is $90 but unfortunately when we got home we notice that our little guy still not totally well groom as you can see in the photos and still found stain.
Probably my last time I will visit this grooming centre. This is the second time we had this experience.

The ultimate in pet pampering with TLC! Jen and her team really know their stuff and have provided excellent guidance and advice to help maintain their wonderful work in between visits. Truly an awesome salon - no such thing as a bad fur cut when using LIMElight!

Love their work! Jen and the crew have been styling me for over three years and what can I say....I'm gorgeous :) With all the tlc they lavish on me I'm not going anywhere else!
