Being unhappy with my property manager, I got in contact with the ladies at PerryCooper twelve months ago. The girls made the process of changing managements simple and stress free. I now get my rent payments on time, maintenance/repairs dealt with in a quick and professional manner and always receive concise and informative routine inspection reports. Since being with PerryCooper they have increased the rental rate and sourced great new tenants when we had a break lease.
