The Cocky Man

Big shout out to the Cocky Man, not only did he turn up immediately to clean the carpet after a can of paint was tipped on it, he came to the rescue again the next day when the paint tin tipped onto the same carpet - again ! Nothing was too much trouble.
We even used his services for a pre purchase pest inspection when we bought our house in Brisbane. We would definitely recommend his professionalism to anyone seeking his large array of services.

Great service and Dan is the most pleasant tradesman I have ever worked with. He is always willing to help, offer advice and always ready to go the extra mile. Dan is a fine christian man and his quality of work reflects his belief and a man who is reliable and trustworthy. You always good value for money with Dan and his team . I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and his team to you. I have been a client of Dan for almost thirty years so I know this Business very well. I live in a gated community of 167 homes and Dan is highly thought of and a place where would of mouth is important and powerful and he has almost half of the homes as clients. Older people know and recognise quality businesses and Dan and his team are five star.

Great service, got the job done and understood what I required. I have used Dan a couple of times and is always there as soon as possible and at the time booked. Dan was always happy to help, even the most difficult jobs.

Dan was booked for Carpet Cleaning and Pest at our house in Mudjimba 2 weeks ago. He was fully booked out but this job was urgent as our Dog had recently done the dirty on our favourite rug! After explaining the situation Dan came before his first job (at 7am!) to ensure no permanent damage was done. Whilst here he was also able to do our Pest before the crazy Summer months which are now on our doorstep. We've been using Dan for both Carpet and Pest Control for over 3 years and he's always been easy to deal with, efficient and professional.

Again, thank you Dan, being kiwis we were a bit scared about coming across some of the big aussie bugs, thanks to you we have not had even one spider inside the house in 3 years, the ant issue we had is also now under control :) and zero termites! Yah.

10/10. Used these guys a number of times at different properties I own and could not have found a better pest control company. Have to admit I shopped around but came back to The Cockyman because of their professionalism, price and friendly service. Dan was very personable and fixed our problem first time! I highly recommend The Cockyman - I know you will not find any better anywhere on the Sunshine Coast!

The Cocky Man Pest Control and also Carpet Clean services were used. Pest Control treatment did not address issues of ants, cockroaches or spiders as all were still evident and alive in house in the three weeks following treatment. Fobbed off by "Dan" at first with "it takes time to kill the nest". Did get a return visit at no cost after request and complaint. Hopefully pests are now gone. The carpet clean was a shocker, performed by staff other than "Dan". Dan was contacted when it was evident that the carpet was not cleaned and he visited and inspected the still stained and grubby carpet that had been "cleaned" and offered to reclean the one room where the pale carpet was and obvious stains able to be identified.
there was no offer to redo the other dark carpeted areas that had also been serviced but where stains or grubby marks were difficult to demonstrate and there was no confidence that they had been "cleaned". We paid for a 5 bedroom house carpet clean and with the inconvenience to remove lots of furniture for such a big cleaning job, it was poor customer service that we did not get 5 carpeted rooms cleaned, just wet and vacuumed. When pressed on this issue a future discount for future bookings was offered. Hmmm as if we would use this service provider again..... unlikely.
