My wife and I arranged a building and inspection report with Safe House at short notice. We were surprised to find that they were available within a day or two of our enquiry at around Christmas time. We met up with the inspector on site (which I would recommend) and he told us some of his initial findings. The report was thorough and included photos of main problems. We were told of previous termite activitiy and some repairs in the ceiling. We were also advised in the report of suggestions for minimising risk of further attacks, such as reducing dampness under the house, removal of sleeper garden bed, (which really should have been already commenced by the owner). We decided not to go ahead with the purchase of the property after our report, as the owner would not negotiate further on price.. I would recommend Safe House for fast,professional and fair priced PrePurchase inspection.. 4.5 stars.

I couldn't speak highly enough about the service safe house provides. I have recommended them to 3 of my friends and they where all very impressed. In one case they found a faulty bathroom and saved my mate about $10,000 so he was very happy.
