Top Cut Hair Beauty & Brow

I feel I had a bad, very rushed colour service Thurs 1st Oct by the senior stylist. I paid $258 for a full head of blonde highlights, a cut and dry, but ended up with grey/green/brassy/blue streaks throughout my hair. I complained the next day and the salon only offered to do a t-section to fix it, which I felt was not good enough since I paid for a full head of highlights. I think a reasonable thing to do is offer a partial refund or redo a full head of highlights, but they refused. I feel they were unapologetic for providing what I believe to be a bad colour, and rude in handling my complaint. I will never go to this salon again.
