Awful to deal with, took months to respond to requests to fix the garage door, never did inspections but did 'drive bys' of our front garden. Eight months into the lease I moved out, officially taking myself off the lease and signing my portion of the bond over to my roommate, however I was STILL the first person called about repairs or enquires about the house over four months later, no matter how much I stressed I no longer lived there. Now that my old roommate has moved out, she has been dealing with them for weeks as they try to make her pay for damages to the property already there (and stated clearly in the entry report) and they are still calling ME about it when I obviously no longer live there. They must have terrible communication problems within their company or they're just not very smart. Not the type of people you'd want to trust. We have talked to old neighbours who used the same real estate and they had similar troubles. Shame on the real estate for trying to scare people into paying for things they do not need to pay for. Not to mention they force you to use a third party to pay rent, which charges you a transaction fee each time.
