Following up from my 'Waste of my time' review; Paul called in unexpectedly this morning to explain why I hadn't received his services on Friday, an issue which was totally beyond his control. The fact that he bothered to follow up in person to address the issue says everything about his attitude and dedication to customer care and service. At the same time Paul also resolved the issue I originally called him for. One cannot expect greater service than this, and if there was provision to award a 10 star review rating, he has earned a 10/10 as far as I am concerned. THANK YOU, PAUL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I call in to their premises to arrange a home visit. I'm told it will be on a particular day (Friday) and will receive a call on that day to arrange time of technician's arrival. I receive a call after lunch, missed by seconds whilst finding a suitable spot to park the car to answer the call, less than a minute from home. Returned call immediately only to receive a recorded message including no option to leave one. Called again from home, same response. Waited in vain for a possible phone call or visit by the technician. Zero.
Can only conclude that Vision and Sound Solution's business must be too good and customer service sits at the bottom of their business priorities, which means I will shift my focus to a more worthy competitor.

We had our TV repaired on a sellers warranty. It took a week and a half to get the parts in advance, but he fixed it almost straight away. Thanks

We had been told to try these guys to fix our TV. After trying elsewhere and been told it could not be fixed we decided to try Vision and Sound Solutions. Well fixed in 1 day and working great. Thanks guys.

I had my tv picked up for a quote to repair, the man that came out was polite and helpful I wish I could say the same for the owner as I went there twice and twice he spoke to us so rudley that I said I couldn't believe that he could talk to customers the way he does and his reply was Well I'll take it on board as he walked of. Won't be in hurry to go back there...
