Dr Heidi's Mobile Veterinary Service

We have spent years dreading taking our cat owners to the Vet. One of these went so psycho that we just decided she would just have to cope with assorted cat issues, such as allergic reactions, without Vet care. Then we found Heidi. SHE IS JUST BRILLIANT! Incredible care without the fuss, yep some extra dollars for travel but very much worth it. We recommend her highly!

Dr Heidi met with us on the worse day of our lives. Dr Heidi showed so much care and respect to our 13 year old loved family member. Dr Heidi could not help us enough. Such a kind soul. Wish we had met you years ago to care for our beloved family member. Thank you so much Dr Heidi we will always remember your kindness and understanding. Would recommend Dr Heidi if you want a caring, kind professional Vet.

Dr Heidi is the kindest person you will meet. I use her often for anything from vaccinations to basic checkups. She is almost always early whenever I schedule an appointment and is extremely understanding and compassionate, often coming to see my cats after her normal hours. I'm very confused reading the other reviews, especially considering the ones talking about price. Compared to ANY other vet I have ever been to, and considering Dr Heidi comes to the comfort of my own house, she is incomparably cheaper.

she can't keep her appointments. Always arrive late and we need to call her several times to get her to come. I wouldn't recommend her services. Expensive and she doesn't even check out the he dog just ask what's wrong and prescribe based on our description... for this kind of service she'd better diagnose by phone if she doesn't check on the dog.

Dr Heidi genuinely cares for animals. She quickly attended to my dogs (post surgery) as my local vet clinic couldn't be bothered. It was a stressful situation and Dr Heidi was caring and compassionate. I will definately continue to use Dr Heidi and strongly recommend her services to anyone in the Bundaberg region.

Tried for a week to get a visit. She answered a text saying she was available then just stopped answering. Nothing!! Won't reply. COMPLETE waste of my time. Never again. Why does she bother advertising!?

We had to make the horrible decision of putting our poor doggo to sleep yesterday. Heidi was caring and spent time with us to ensure my whole family was ready for the inevitable. She was so beautiful and kind with my children - my daughter (9) felt compelled to hug her and thank her for her help.

She made such a terribly upsetting time more bearable and we thank her for her professionalism and kindness. We could not recommend her more highly.

I felt compelled to leave a review after reading other poor reviews. Heidi came to us yesterday to euthanise our 14 year old Labrador. She had never met our dog before but we needed a vet who did house calls due to our labs size and mobility. Heidi was professional, kind and compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our girl. Have you ever thought she might be running late due to giving families some last treasured moments before they have to say bye to their family member? Would you like your last moments with your pet to be rushed? I would 100% recommended Heidi and will absolutely use her again if we ever have another fur baby. I hope in the future other reviewers can show a bit of kindness and understanding.
