Loch Ness Pool Supplies

We had only 2 services done by Loch Ness before water started leaking and this caused the filter to run dry and cease. When we went to discuss the business Owner was rude & didn't want to even hear the problem. He advised the pump was old, get over it and get a new one.

Unfortunately, this was a very similar story to what our neighbour experienced who also had to get a new pump after short time of servicing by Loch Ness.

Very Rude owner that needs to get out of the business or don't interact with any clients. Would not recommend Loch Ness to anyone.
