Poor service.

Rude.

Suggested my wife was a liar and that we had no money to pay after being told our daily limit

TERRIBLE!! Took over 3 trips ( 4 kms ) but was quoted without ever seeing the home. Heaps of Breakage, the WRONG THINGS bought to my home, things left behind. Worst of all, they pulled apart a large corner desk,and dumped it unassembled ( where it stays to this day ) PULLED APART ELECTRONICS and threw things like cables, remotes, keyboards, VHS, DVD PLAYER, Surround Sound and shoved everything into a box where they also stay to this day!! Breakages galore as 'Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum' threw into the skip expensive plastic, storage boxes instead of EMPTYING THEM Do yourself a favour, pay a little more and get in the professionals who CARE about their customers!

If you want cheap removals, then Greaves Removals is for you. However, I would recommend that you count how many boxes you are moving and ask to look in the front of the truck before they drive off to ensure all of your items made it. When we moved a few weeks ago, Greaves Removals were prompt, but the guys were young and slow, broke a fan and we have since noticed that a couple of boxes are missing - probably because they drove too fast and upon arriving there were boxes that had fallen down and broken. My guess is that they just hid (stole) these boxes in the front of the truck. Not much to recommend other than that they are cheap. Definitely wouldn't use again.

I recommend Greaves removals to its customers. Fast and reliable services. Friendly people to deal with reasonable prices. Highly recommend to all.
