We contacted Matt Smith to work on our heater. We were grossly overcharged and our functioning machine has now flooded our roof space and then stopped working altogether. Matt has refused to take our calls, hangs up in our ears and will not action his warranty work. We contacted another repairer who has quoted a insane sum to repair the damage Matt has done. We will be taking Matt to VCAT.
