Ultima Plumbing & Gasfitting

I was recommended this plumber by what I thought was a friend... He did a bad job installing it and then he rips me off charging me double... He also didn't give me receipt telling me he was saving me money... A year later the prices to install the hot water system hasn't moved, I was ripped off by $1800...
