Janine was lovely and helpful during our email and phone conversations about clock part information and the ordering process. the order was filled very fast and arrived well in time for my students to complete their projects. thank you so much for your help Janine.

I did receive a version of an apology the next day advising that the information on the website should be sufficient to answer any questions & that as it was only a $10 (approx) purchase, it wasn't worth her time to have to respond further. Note Janine sent 3 emails telling me why she couldn't answer my questions instead of just dealing with my simple question that wasn't on the website...

I recently emailed 'Janine' about the workings for a clock I have & what details I need to provide to get the right size insert to fit in my clock. I received a smart reply stating "It's quite simple ..." I thought that was odd but didn't worry about the tone of the email. I then sent back another request advising that it might be simple for someone in the industry but I wanted some help. I then received my email returned with one sentence font increased many times from the rest of the email telling me to read up on this link... I know it's hot in QLD but there's no need to be rude for no reason, particularly for someone who wants to give you money?? As I emailed to you Janine - I'll spend my future 'Time' looking for someone civil to deal with, business must be booming for you if you can dish out attitude. Better hire some Customer service staffer to reply to queries & keep you away from Customers while you still have some ...
