Roy is a kind, honest mechanic which is very rare on the Gold Coast or anywhere for that matter. His prices are fair and he will check with you for any expensive replacements before going ahead with them.
This Aydan B goose who left the review below obviously has reviewed the wrong business- and doesnt care that it may affect that persons livelihood.
I dont think Its likely Roy would have ever sworn at anyone in his life- when you meet him you will understand what I mean. He has been doing my car, and my sisters cars for over 8 years now and always does a wonderful job and has great customer service, while explaining things honestly to someone who doesnt know cars.
Do yourself a favour and take your car to Roys. A stress free experience.

You won't find a more honest hard working mechanic on the Gold Coast. I started working for a company that recommended him 5 years ago and have never looked back. He now does all my family and friends cars. Just all round top guy. Very professional

This is up there as one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever dealt with. Roy (business owner) is just plain rude! He then tried overcharging me for a belt change which he never changed. Amidst all of he threatened to cut my fan belt there and then for questioning him, and then told me to f*** off and watch my back.
