This is the worst property agency I have ever had the displeasure to deal with!

As an owner of 2 rental properties here in BNE and DWN, If a tenant of mine, was treated as poorly as my partner has been by this agency having received threatening emails and such poor tenant support for repairs. I would immediately sack the agency from managing my property.

This Agency is all about maximizing rental returns for the owners at the expense of the tenant.

My partner has had outstanding repair issues for over 5 mths and been given all the promises in the world .... to no avail. They even had the hide to to issue a new RTA agreement and raise the rent $60.00, 2 weeks after original lease was signed when my partner asked for her autistic son to be allowed to live with her. That is illegal IAW RTA.
