Michael Hill

I dont really write reviews but i felt like I needed to because of the very poor customer service by one of the staff named Marina in burwood michael hill. I came inside the store and asked for a bridal set to look at and because she couldn't find it. She told me to go outside and have a look in the window if it was there. So i had a look and it wasn't there and told her. She then said they didn't have it in store. Didnt offer me to get it ordered so i suggested if i could have a look at the one on hold that they have in store... She then gave me the angry look because she needed to look for it. So she then found it with the help of the other staff. And as I tried it on. I really did love the set and asked if I could get it ordered. She then yelled out 'but you need to put &1K deposit'. I was so shocked by her attitude and I know that I wasn't dressed rich but I did have the money for it. I then told her that I didnt have a problem with that. And told her that I may look young but I can afford to buy what I like. She then couldnt look me in the eyes anymore but didnt apologize for her behaviour. At the end I ended up paying for the amount of the bridal set with the help of another staff. I just cant believe that customer service staff judge you by how you look. So disappointed as I have been a regular customer of michael hill.
