Doctor highly suspected I've gastritis so administered some antacid to keep the cramp at bay and called for an urea breath test. I waited for a week plus for the results, to the point that my gastritis already resolved by itself with antibiotics. The test should have been sent as "urgent" but it didn't. What I'm saying is that, doctor should know how to prioritise patient's care. It is laughing matter how the cramp had affected me so much for 6 long days and I've trouble standing, walking, working and especially the pain was worsen when lying down. I do not want to compare the practice here and other country but I could have given antibiotics to settle the bacteria since I'm already medically diagnosed by the doctor. So disappointed in their service and I'll not recommend their clinic for anyone who needs rapid turnover for pathology serious or any serious health conditions. By the way, I'm still waiting for the results.....

This is ridiculous I broken my arm and no ones taking care of me it’s been 2. hours worst health care ever don’t come here if you have and emergency you would truly br disappointed and also there’s on 2 doctors working in this whole facility like seriously

My family has been going to this practice for over twenty years. It seems to me that the problems that most of the other reviewers encountered is that they arrived without appointments and at a time when bulk billing is not available (peak times at weekends). Obviously the doctors vary in their expertise and bedside manner, but the large numbers of GP's mean that you have a good chance of finding one that you like. They have an online booking system that I use routinely and if you don't like the reception staff (who do seem to be overworked - which may lead to irritation) you can just log in on arrival using a machine. Pathology services are available on-site as are physio and xray services. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a well-run modern practice with a choice of a huge range of doctors.

Never again. At this place they will give you a $55 first time charge on top of your consultation fee. I knew about this and was fine with it. But when i went into see the doctor, i had the rudest woman in the whole world. I told her i had called nurse on call before going and they had told me i needed to see the doctor. After hearing what was wrong (which i cant disclose) she said without any hesitation, any further questions or concerns. You have to go to the hospital. Basically, we cant do anhyhing for you at all not even check your blood pressure or breathing, whatever im supposed to be a doctor but i could not give a damn about your health at this point just go to the hospital. After leaving her room i did not get a bill receipt like the other patients do so i thought well at least im not getting charged for a consultation of less than a minute of a doctor telling me i need to go to the hospital. I thought i would still check with reception though because i am an honest person. Boy was i wrong. I explained i did not receive any advice or care from the doctor and it was not even a real consultation. This did not matter to them. I had still "seen" the doctor and made an appointment, so i was still a "new patient" who needed to pay the new patient fee for nothing. They did not charge me for the "consultation" after arguing about it, but they insisted on stealing $55 from me because nurse on call had mistakenly told me to go to the doctors instead of the hospital.
I understand that the new patient fee is part of their policy, but i feel they should hAve really made an exception in my case as they could see i was a young student especially. So disappointed with the doctors who are supposed to care for us. Its all a big business and they just want our money. I made the mistake of quickly googling this doctors before reading any reviews. Do not go. Save money and time.

This service was ok but the doctor who attended me was utter rubbish. I had oral thrush and she told me I was well and needed to drink more water. What a joke. Don't see the lady doctor in room 12/13.

The doctor I saw was fantastic.

The receptions are another story altogether. I booked an appointment the day before, and when I went in, the receptionists said there was no such thing. I had to wait for an available doctor for over half an hour.

They charge ridiculously - there was a mention of a $55 first time charge. I only went in for a short consultation about my cold, and I saw the bill was a shocking $103.05. They didn't even ask for my healthcare card. The receipt only had one charge - a surgery consultation. (It was definitely NOT a surgery consultation...) To me, this makes it seem like they are trying to rip me off by adding all these extra charges and not mentioning it only the bill!

In short - the doctors are good. But you have to really question the receptionists there or you are going to get ripped off. Read your receipt and don't hesitate to question any abnormal charges.
