Delays, half of my stuff was broken, Failed to deliver all of my boxes. Simon refused to post it to me even after 4 weeks. when I tried to call him to follow up, Simon shout at me hanged up the phone.

Delay, Delays, Delays!
These guys are very quick to try and grab your business. They come across being very professional and very communicable before you pay your deposit then they just disappear and your left wondering "Have I fallen for a scam?". I called two days prior to uplift date only to be told they were experiencing mechanical difficulties with their truck and our pick update was getting pushed back day. The day before our pick up date, I tried calling at least 5 times to find out what time they were coming. It wasn't until that evening I got a phone call from Simon telling me they were experiencing more delays and it would be another day's delay. As my partner flew up to do the drive with me from Brisbane to Melbourne and we were counting on the timeliness of these guys, we were once again let down. We had organised a family to let these guys in to pick our stuff up again. The day we were driving down we got another message telling us they were another day behind. This ultimately meant one of my family members had to go without a day's pay to stick around and wait for these guys to upload our gear into the truck. Moving is a stressful ordeal, but moving interstate and having to rely on these removalists just makes this process more stressful than it had to be, and you were left wondering if you were ever going to receive your stuff. We were given no discounts out of professionalism, harassed for the final payment and left very concerned some businesses can operate like this. I would never move with this company again, nor will I be recommending this company to anyone.

Professional and very friendly. Simon took the time to give me lots of tips to make the move efficient and damage free. The drivers were very friendly and helpful on both ends! Very happy with their service and I would highly recommend them!!

Simon and Max provided friendly service and my household goods and furniture arrived in perfect condition. Just wanted to post a review for Cape Byron Removals as they were just great. They moved us from Melbourne. The whole experience was seamless. Simon was very very helpful. He found us storage while we finalised purchase of our new home and found a cheap way to transport our car. The whole team, Madeleine in the office and the driver Tom were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend this business to friends and others.

Most of our stuff made the trip from Vic to Qld but there were a few things missing. What made the trip included a cracked 60" tv (top to bottom) a shattered 50" picture frame among the more expensive damaged items. Although "Simon" purchased the padlock for the storage unit upon delivery he never sent us a key upon multiple requests. When confronted about our items he claimed to not even know we had tvs. Insurance was included in this deal but we will not see one dime. If I can save one person from this company then I have done my job. I am shattered at our treatment not unlike most of our stuff.
