Fix Your Crack

I found the service and quality of work at Fix Your Crack to be extremely poor. I took my IPhone 6 plus to have the screen replace, within 24hours of having the phone fixed the screen started cracking for all four sides of the phone. I immediately contacted Hugo, explaining the situation and asked to have the phone refunded as I was going home to Sydney the next day, he took 3 days to reply to my message with a highly unprofessional response, in short telling me no and I should have paid more for the screen protector. After obtaining third party advice that the cracking was due to either poor installation or a faulty screen (causing it to spontaneously crack) Hugo remained arrogant, replying sporadically over the course of 3 weeks. After numerous calls to try and get him on the phone, I had to result in messaging which was extremely frustrating and rude. Ive will be reporting Fix Your Crack to a retail ombudsman out of principle. My advice do not go here!
