Had my driveway done for my new home, 3 months later it began to sink, contacted Nick who "foxed" it by filling the hole, it has continued to sink and i now have a spoon drain running across my driveway, have attempted to contact Nick many times and even got ACC involved and over 12 months later still waiting for it it be rectified.
