When our hot water stopped coming out of the tap for the second time in 2 weeks, on a Sunday, and I couldn't face the 3 day wait for AGL, I decided to ring around to find someone to help. Wagner were the 6th people I tried and the only ones who answered. Not only that but when the plumber realised what the problem was, he talked me through how to fix it over the phone. I will have no problems calling them when I need more plumbing and gas help, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

After discovering our 16 year old hot water system had finally seen its last day yesterday I began the search to replace it. Wagner were by far the most helpful! I left a message on their answering machine after speaking to competitors and asked that they perform the job for us. I received a call this morning and by 10.30 Ross was here and ready to help. In 2016 customer service doesn't seem to exist but this is definitely not the case with this business. Thank you Wagner and Ross for saving the day. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone.
