Quick Car Wash

We needed a car wash, so we searched for local "car wash" and found the "Quick Car Wash" in Morayfield. It was by far the closest option so we chose it.



We drove into the automatic wash section, and decided to buy the Gold service for $22 (although we were charged $22.50), which included everything and pulled forward into the bay.



The machine started as usual and the sign told us to drive forward and then displayed that it was starting. It then sprayed the car with soap twice, and at the same time it was washing the wheels. It then paused for a second and started washing the soap off with water, but when after that it completley stopped.



The wash service did not provide the waxing, or blower at end. Both the washing unit and the LCD unit stopped working.



Signs on display with prices of services, but no contact phone number nor email address.



Found a phone number online, and rung multi times, but no one had the decency to answer. Went to voicemail. No one called back.



Point of payment did not provide an Invoice.



Car left soaking wet and covered in sticky soap. Had to manually clean.



Disgusting pathetic service.



Drove out of the wash bay, but no office, no person to speak to.



Reporting this as a scam business to the OFT and the ACCC.



I hope they get closed down!

Why have a phone number if nobody is going to answer the phone and it doesn’t work properly.

Is it legal to have a business with a phone number that's disconnected? I want my $20 back please.

Went to get my car washed and it scratched my boot

Its another typical company that takes ur money and dosent give the service you purchase.. just my last two times i attemtped to use this car wash the coin machine took my notes and didnt give me coins then today i went to wash my car .. put money in and pushed high pressure soap and it stayed on for maybe 10 seconds ( im prob being generous)... every time ive had issues ive attempted to call the phone number no one ever answers ... so to who ever owns this company.. you need to maintain ur equipment answer ur phone and reimburse ppl ...

went there 01/08/2019...paid for Silver service...no soap/suds at all...will have to go to the other car wash on beerburrum rd to get this done right as my car is still filthy dirty...tried to ring to discuss this but phone rang out with no message bank at all...at 1 time this was the place to go but has gone downhill now

No star rating. Machine took $20 and didn't proceed. It flashed "make a selecton" with every choice on screen. Pressed both star and hash to cancel and nothing worked. No-one on site to assist. Phone doesn't take messages. Bad business practice! Judith and Vince

Destroyed my bullbar and was told to go to Autobarn to buy a polish.
Water smells aweful
